Delivery:
All orders are carefully prepared and shipped from Dubai.
We are a small business operating on a made to order basis. So please allow 2 weeks for your piece to be delivered to you. For coats, please allow 4 weeks for delivery.
All UAE orders are fulfilled by a local delivery company.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Refund policy
Items purchased on madebynaia.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
We charge a return fee that is deducted from the refund.

Send us an email to info@madebynaia.com and please make sure to include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and if there is a specific reason for the return. Please send us an email and we will arrange for your item to be picked up for return.
Please note the following:
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused and returned inside the original Naïa box. Please secure the original packaging inside another carton box to avoid any damage on the Naïa packaging or items when shipping back.
The 14 days return right does not apply to made-to-order or custom-made products. All such purchases are final unless the product is defective.
Naïa reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.
All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period and that are fulfilling the above requirements, will be refunded to the original form of payment unless otherwise agreed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
